We try our best to deliver your order on time. Although, due to the nature of supply chain there could be a delay in delivery related to unforeseen circumstances which, are beyond our control. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept any refund claims for a delay in delivery. We apologise for the inconvenience and please contact us if you have any concerns regarding our policy.
In a quality issue, or if the product is not working as intended, please contact us as soon as possible and our team will look into it with a sense of urgency. We sincerely apologise if this is the case. It is helpful to show some proof of your testing/claim- that reduces the time needed to assess the problem. If materials are found defective by our Quality Assurance Department, they will be discarded and a new order will be generated on your behalf and a free replacement will be shipped.
We always deliver with sufficient protective packaging. If still materials are found damaged in transit, please report to us at our mail id or phone number (preferably with a photo) within 6 hours of receipt. Based on our assessment, a replacement will be provided free of cost. Our assessment will be final. Please contact us for more details.
